A new chapter for this beautiful Federation semi in Randwick. Designed for a busy family with two toddlers and a teenager, this living and dining space has been carefully considered to balance practicality with warmth, personality, and longevity.

As the cooler weather settles in, there’s something special about retreating to a bedroom that feels warm, calm, and deeply comfortable.

Layered textures, soft lighting, rich tones, and thoughtful material choices all play a role in creating spaces that feel cocooning and restful at the end of the day. We always want bedrooms to feel welcoming, not just visually beautiful, but emotionally grounding too.

One of our favourite spaces from our Edgecliff Art Deco Apartment project.

This dining room is a balance of old and new, where contemporary furniture and sculptural lighting sit within the character and charm of the original heritage architecture. The pendant light from is the hero piece and remains one of our favourite selections for the project.

The movie room at North Avoca House is the one space in the home where we fully embraced the dark side.

Layered in rich colour, soft texture and moody lighting, this room was designed as a retreat from the bright coastal palette found throughout the rest of the house. A space to slow down, switch off, and settle in for long autumn evenings while the rain rolls in outside.

A heritage semi, reimagined for the pace of modern family life.

This Randwick project is currently in planning, with a clear brief, create a home that feels practical, layered, and full of personality. With young children at the centre of it all, every decision is being shaped around ease, durability, and how the home will truly be lived in.

Pops of colour are being woven through the scheme to bring energy and warmth, balanced with thoughtful detailing that respects the character of the original home.

It is this early stage where the foundations are set, aligning lifestyle, function, and feeling, before a single thing is built.
