Just arrived! Stunning Soviet era U.S.S.R dual faced ships telegraph - polished aluminium and brass - Circa. 1960s

These telegraphs were used as communication devices on ships, sending requests from the captain/pilot on the bridge to engineers in the engine room - ordering the desired speed for vessels.

‘H.M.S. Discovery’ by Gary Tonkin

Amazing piece of scrimshaw by world-renowned artist and scrimshander Gary Tonkin of Albany, Western Australia.

Pre-1978 tooth sourced from Australia’s last whaling station. Cheyne Beach Whaling Station - Albany.

Just sent this beauty off to its new home in Western Australia! An original twelve bolt Yokohama Sensuigu diving helmet - c. 1955. - Yokohama Diving Apparatus Co. Ltd.

This helmet has an awesome greenish patina from decades of use on Honshu, Japan. 🇯🇵

Just arrived! Original c.1955 Japanese diving helmet

We sourced this beautiful ‘Yokohama Sensuigi’ diving helmet from the Fukushima Prefecture on Honshu, Japan.

This helmet was made in the Tokyo Bay city of Yokohama for use domestically. Displayed here in front of traditional Japanese fishing vessel launch flag - these were gifted to fishermen at the launch of their new boats.

Just arrived! ‘The Eliza Adams - 1835’ by Gary Tonkin

This amazing piece of scrimshaw on a massive s***m whale tooth, sourced from Cheynes Beach Whaling Station - Albany, Western Australia prior to 1978.

Gary Tonkin is regarded as the greatest living scimshander by many internationally regarded scrimshaw authorities and academics.
