Flooding Creek Mercantile is growing, and we’re currently looking to expand our hospitality team as we continue evolving the front section of our precinct at 116–120 Foster Street, Sale.
Many of you will know us as Main Street Merchants — and while our socials still currently sit under that name, the precinct is now gradually transitioning into Flooding Creek Mercantile as the spaces continue to evolve and grow into their next chapter.
We are currently seeking:
• Café Manager
• Experienced Baristas
• Cooks
• Front of House Café Staff
• Junior Hospitality Team Members
• Weekend Junior Casuals
We’re also open to traineeship pathways for the right applicants who are genuinely interested in hospitality, customer service and being part of a growing regional business.
Flooding Creek Foodstore is part of a layered retail, food and creative precinct focused on community, warmth and thoughtful customer experience. We’re building something a little different here — and we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with people and being part of a team environment.
Experience is preferred for senior roles, however attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter enormously to us.
Our current temporary opening hours are:
