Mary Magdalene has been increasing in popularity. To some she is the representation of the purified soul, the awakened divine feminine.

She also represents the transition from personal, from emotional love to universal, spiritual consciousness.

As such, I have been drawn to design devotional beads to connect in with her energy. Here are two of them, containing crystals associated with her - rose quartz, lepidolite, sunstone, prehnite and more.

Handknotted using 108 x 8mm beads of prehnite and grey agate, finished with a handcrafted cotton tassel.

Prehnite: The soft, gentle energy of this crystal provides an essence of unconditional love, allowing the release of both physical and emotional “baggage” or anything that no longer serves. Prehnite is said to enhance precognition and prophecy, providing inner knowledge, creative vision, and restores faith in divine manifestation.

Grey Agate: This crystal brings stability, as well as a sense of being grounded and balanced. Grey Agate harmonizes positive and negative energy, providing inner-strength and confidence. It encourages self-analysis and open communication, helps to improve concentration, perception, and analytical abilities, leading to practical solutions.

This mala is presented in a black display box and comes with detailed instructions of how to use your mala beads as well as the meanings of all the crystals used.

Much gratitude to everyone who attended the Queen of Wands Psychic Fair twilight market at Klemzig yesterday. 🙏

It had been a while since I was last at a market and be able to show you my handcrafted beaded wares, as well as the beautiful journals that help support a cooperative of artisans in India. It was great to catch up with with familiar faces, some I will be seeing at other events.

As the Etsy store is now in vacation mode until the new year, I would like to thank everyone who have supported me throughout 2025, both online and at the markets I have attended.

With the rise in Temu and other cheaply made and imported goods, it is starting to become increasingly difficult to attend at markets where I am now "competing" against such products, especially as fees to have a stall at many markets has sharply increased.

Yet, through my Etsy store, I am still able of offer uniquely handcrafted malas and devotional beads, as well as the journals I import from a small cooperative in the Himalayas.

In the new year, I will be offering new devotional beads that have an Egyptian theme - a design that I have been working on for the last couple of months. So stay tuned.
