The second half of the year is packed with workshops, projects, social stitching and plenty of yarny fun. 🧶✨

You’ll find all your favourites including Learn to Knit, Learn to Crochet, Knit Socks, Tunisian Crochet, Mosaic Crochet, Knit Colourwork and Tapestry Crochet.

Ready to knit your first garment?

If you’ve learnt the basics of knitting but haven’t quite made the leap into garment making, this class is for you.

LEARN TO KNIT A VEST IN THE ROUND – NOVICE SLIPOVER VEST

We’ll guide you through knitting the beautiful PetiteKnit Novice Slipover Vest over three workshops across four weeks.

Using cosy 10 ply yarn, you’ll see quick progress as you learn how to knit in the round and gain confidence with garment construction.

Your class fee includes three 2-hour workshops and the pattern. Yarn is purchased separately.

Approximately two weeks before the first workshop on Saturday 27 September, you’ll receive an email with all the yarn and needle requirements.

This is the perfect next step for knitters ready to move beyond scarves and dishcloths and create a wardrobe staple you’ll be proud to wear.

Bookings are now open and class numbers are limited to ensure everyone gets plenty of teacher support.

Two sleeps till the Dear Pru weekend of workshops kicks off! Unfortunately all the courses are sold out but anyone is welcome to join us at The Brook Hotel for a “That Yarn Place welcomes Dear Pru” get together. You can purchase your ticket on our website and Pru will be there to meet and greet everyone!

Kiria and G*e absolutely nailed their Flamingle Knit Shawls and just look at those colours and textures 😍 This gorgeous design by Cally Monster was our April Makers Club project at That Yarn Place and we are obsessed with how differently each shawl turned out.

And yes… the laughter in the background is our Yarn Circle crew being a little bit naughty again 😂🧶
