Well things have been a bit quiet in the kitchen lately, but today I had a crack at a couple of orders...and even remembered to take pictures😆
Pic 1 is off to Launnie with North East Animal Sanctuary Tasmania to assist with their fundraising efforts... adoption day tomorrow at Petbarn (city one) and these goodies will be at the market at the Max Fry Hall.

When I was a kid this sweet sticky lemony substance was simply called Lemon Spread, somewhere along the line it got an update and is now known as Lemon Curd, but whatever you choose to call it, it's sooo yummmmm! And magically transports me back to my childhood 🥰

Anyhow I've been busy cooking away and surprise surprise I have some excess😆

As always it is GF/DF with the added bonus of being Vegan by ingredient.
Plus thanks to my trusty FV preserving set up it is also shelf stable (6 month use by date)

So if you're interested
$4 a jar

I am able to bring to Launceston Friday afternoons and Bridport Tuesday afternoons 😊
