We thought we’d make it nice and simple. Because while we spend our days surrounded by flowers, you might not know what happens behind the scenes once you hit “send” on your order. 👀
Here’s the quick version:
💐 You head to our website, have a scroll & choose
what you like.
📝 You place your order with all the delivery details
including the recipients name, address, contact number, delivery date and a lovely card message.
📖 Your order is confirmed via email and added to our delivery book.
🌸 We make your flowers fresh.
🚐 Our courier collects the day’s deliveries around our 11am cut-off.
💨 She then works her way through the delivery run, getting to each recipient as quickly as possible.
One little thing to know: we don’t have a live
Uber Eats style delivery tracker 😂
Our courier is one lovely human being driving around with a van full of flowers — not a fleet of drivers magically teleporting bouquets from A to B.
So if your flowers haven’t arrived 20 minutes after ordering, don’t panic. They’re on their way! 🤍
