Spring is here, and we’ve been thinking about what we’re expecting to see more of in interiors over the coming months 🌿
A few of our spring trend predictions:
🌶️ More adventurous colour
We’re expecting, and already seeing, people become a little more adventurous with colour, using it to create atmosphere rather than simply as an accent. Particularly warm, rich and earthy palettes!
🤎 Walnut is back
After years of pale oak and Scandi-inspired timber, we’re seeing richer timber tones make their way back into joinery and furniture. Walnut in particular is having a moment.
🪑 Collected, not coordinated
The perfectly coordinated home is making way for spaces that feel collected over time, with a mix of old and new, personal pieces and things that simply make you happy.
🧶 Texture, texture, texture
Rather than relying purely on colour to create interest, we’re seeing more tactile materials come through. Timber grain, stone, textured fabrics, wallpaper, decorative trims, handmade finishes, fringing, pleats... the list goes on!
✨ A little more playfulness
We’re seeing people become more comfortable letting their personality show through their homes. More unexpected combinations, more pattern, more fun and less worrying about whether everything “goes”.
Overall? We’re expecting interiors to feel warmer, more layered, more personal and just a little bit braver these warmer seasons 💛
