Join us for an inclusive market day and discover unique treasures as we celebrate the talent and creativity of people with disability within the community.

There will be a diverse range of market stalls selling goods made by people with Disability, plus free fun activities and live performances - It’s an event that can’t be missed!

Despite these challenges, employing people with disabilities offers substantial benefits to businesses, such as diverse perspectives, increased productivity, and positive workplace culture. Addressing these challenges requires creating inclusive, accessible workplaces, challenging biases, and promoting awareness of the many skills and talents people with disabilities bring to the workforce.
We are constantly getting overlooked when applying for paid employment this needs to stop how can anyone help me including employment providers get employers to see this.

Fun facts about Lauren! ㅤᵕ̈

Lauren runs Diamond Artwork and has done for 3 years. She loves blinging items that are practical for everyday use and making things sparkle.
Lauren also works alot on weekends using her RSA serving drinks and would love to find a permanent job as a barista.
She is also currently studying for her Cert 3 of Business. Take Lauren absolutely anywhere in Rockingham and she will know at least 2 people. She knows everyone and is always up for a friendly chat especially about her diamond art.
Lauren loves being out and about and you will very rarely find her at home, she also loves a good coffee and enjoys getting to know her Barista.
