It’s often one of the first questions we ask and there’s a good reason for it.

Many people worry that sharing a budget means they’ll be pushed to spend it all. That’s not how we work.

Knowing your budget helps us design a Bathroom, Kitchen or Laundry that is realistic, achievable and tailored to what matters most to you. It allows us to recommend the right products, prioritise your wishlist and provide a more accurate quotation from the beginning.

Without a clear budget, it’s easy to fall in love with a design that may cost significantly more than expected, leading to unnecessary redesigns, delays and disappointment.

At Home Emporium Singleton and Buildtell, our goal isn’t to design the most expensive renovation, it’s to design the right renovation for you.

A budget doesn’t limit good design. It gives it direction.
