🌸 PART-TIME QUALIFIED FLORIST WANTED 🌸

Singleton Florist is looking for a qualified florist to join our friendly team for 2–3 days per week.

We're a family-owned business that understands life doesn't always fit into a standard roster. We offer a supportive, family-friendly workplace and are happy to provide flexibility where possible.

We're looking for someone who:
💐 Holds a floristry qualification or has significant industry experience
💐 Can confidently create bouquets, arrangements and sympathy work
💐 Enjoys providing excellent customer service
💐 Works well both independently and as part of a team
💐 Is reliable, organised and passionate about flowers

🌸 WE'RE HIRING – JUNIOR FLORISTRY TRAINEE 🌸

Singleton Florist is looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Floristry Trainee to join our team from June.

This is a fantastic opportunity to complete a Certificate II in Floristry while gaining hands-on experience in a busy retail florist.

To be successful you must:
🌸 Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
🌸 Be committed to completing a 2-year traineeship
🌸 Be available monday to friday and to work 2 Saturdays per month once they are comfortable.

Must have p plates.

🌸 Enjoy working as part of a team
🌸 Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

You will learn:
💐 Flower care and preparation
💐 Bouquet and arrangement design
💐 Customer service and sales
💐 Deliveries and shop presentation
💐 Everyday florist operations

📍 Based in Singleton
📅 Commencing June 2026

We also just wanted to take a moment to say a massive THANK YOU to our incredible team after one of the biggest Mother’s Days we’ve had yet ❤️

Over the course of the week, 400 bouquets went out the door 🤯 and there is absolutely no way Emma and myself could ever keep up without the amazing people behind the scenes.
A HUGE shoutout to Madeline — honestly our MVP every single peak season 👏 (saved my back, literally)

She is the reason we rarely need ordering cut-offs and can continue to accommodate so many walk-ins right up until the last minute.

The amount of work she puts in behind the scenes is unreal and we honestly couldn’t do it without her.
Thank you also to Emma, who as always is an absolute star employee ⭐ Always calm under pressure, always giving 110%, and somehow still smiling by the end of it all.

A big thank you to Elise, our new trainee florist, who jumped into one of the busiest weeks possible and did an amazing job 🌸

www.singletonfloristflowers.com.au is our website..unfortunately I've been made aware of another customer believing they had ordered from us & receiving rather disappointing flowers,from a online company using our Business name.

Best way to check if a florist is a real retail store is to ignore the ads and scroll down to google maps these guys listed are the real MVPs.

Open from 6am see you than.

Hey did the ACCC action teach you anything?
Bloomex

Because customers are still being confused. I had someone contact us today genuinely believing they had previously ordered through our florist, only to discover it was actually through Bloomex. They’d even been sent a discount code implying they were a returning customer to “us” when they’d never ordered from Bloomex but had been into our store before ordering.
This is exactly why so many local florists get frustrated. Customers deserve transparency about who they are ordering from and where their flowers are actually coming from.

I actually called them myself asking if this is singleton florist, asked if I could collect from there John street location and was told yes both times. I have this recording

Local florists spend years building trust within their communities. Misleading branding and marketing only damages that trust further. Support real local florists 🌸
Bloomex had rebranded as flowers for you...
Years of this happening to Australian florists..enough is enough.
