Well after a very relaxing xmas break iam back into it in the morning so if you have any heat pump issues or need a quote to supply and install give me a call or message me on here only to happy to help. To clear up rumour mill in town at the moment iam still doing appliance repairs and spare parts for most brands. There is a couple i have off loaded as they are just to hard to deal with. Please be patient with me over next few weeks as i catch up on back log of work :) I've pretty much being doing this stuff since 1993 in my own business and there has been a lot of changes over that time. As far as appliances go it is not all for the better Manufacturer's are getting a lot more demanding and not to happy to pay for the extra work loads they are putting on us small businesses and as a consequence iam putting my foot down on warranty repairs as in if it is going to cost me money to do a warranty repair iam rejecting them so apologies if this affects any of my customers.
Just so you all know at the moment my hourly rate is $99.00 inc gst which also happens to be my service call rate so when you contact me leave as much details as possible so i can advise your best options. My travel charge at present is $1.65p/km inc gst.
So i will see you all shortly oh and MERRY XMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all.

Just a quick note to you all. Make sure your filters are clean and you have heater set on heat, fan set to auto so it can run at maximum performance in this bitter cold period we are having. In some instances your heat pump can shut down on a fault due to the extreme cold temperatures. If this occurs make sure you check your filters and simply turn the power off to the heater at the isolator near outdoor unit or in meter box for a minimum of 15 minutes. This will insure the fault clears and the heat pump will start a fresh once you turn the power back on. In most instances this will fix any errors with your heat pump on the odd occasion it doesn't give us a call to come check it out for you and see what is wrong. Remember we repair, sell and install heat pumps and can assist you with all your heat pump requirements we also provide obligation free quotes. Give us a call we are only too happy to assist you :)
