About the role:
This is an in store position that also involves visiting customers properties and commercial work areas to deliver furniture, carry out measurements for flooring, blinds and curtains and install blinds and curtains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with enquiries of furniture, flooring, blinds and curtains and guiding them through product options and pricing
- Completing accurate measurements, preparing quotes and sending them to customers
- Installing blinds with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Assembling and delivering furniture while ensuring all items and property are handled with care
What we're looking for:
Experience isn't essential, full training will be provided. You will however need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Interest in helping customers with any enquiry in person or over the phone
- Confident with your computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and have a strong attention to detail
- High accuracy with numbers
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to a small team
- A full drivers license
- Physically fit and healthy - This job requires a lot of heavy lifting!!
- Forklift license is preferred, but not essential
