Painting commissions and the request for them brings me so much joy and I absolutely love it. A little road trip to drop them off and meet another beautiful woman who loves to create was very fulfilling and well worth the diesel $.

Thrilled to announce another art piece has been accepted into the Aspire Gallery - Brisbane Art Gallery newest exhibition “Flourish” for spring. ‘Pink Lampshade’, Dont you just wish you had this pink lamp shade in your living room, shes quirky and fun. Aligned next to her with a kitty and a cuppa, peering over as you surround your senses with bright florals and fresh zesty vitamin c. All so good for the soul. It’s my largest piece yet 90x90cm framed in Tasmanian oak by Fantastic Framing no better quality. I’m so excited to be sending this off to Brisbane and hope it finds its new owner.

Excited to be accepted into the next exhibition with Aspire Gallery - Brisbane Art Gallery for their spring time “Flourish” seasonal show. “Fruitful” is one of a kind, filled with the fruits of our labour. You can almost smell the freshness that comes from when you pick from a tree or from the vine.

The immediate soothing of our senses we experience when we harvest our hard work, this art work is sure to add settle and rest on your heart. I hope it’s loved as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Thankyou to everyone that entered this giveaway. The love and encouragement felt was beyond any expectation I had, really I had none. It’s one thing to put yourself out there open for the public view, it’s another to be on the receiving end of such beautiful women supporting women in business. My craft is individual, it’s therapy and it’s also a down time. It appears also a bonus to have so many people fond of what I paint. Thankyou to all for the engagement, it’s been uplifting seeing and feeling the kindness that really is out there.
