Join Our Albury Team

Love helping customers build their dream spaces?

Slab Culture is looking for a highly organized Showroom Sales & Administration support to join our team for 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday) at our Albury showroom.

8am to 4.30pm.

We specialize in premium outdoor kitchens, custom Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) benchtops, and architectural wood heaters.

We pride ourselves on a "customer first" approach, delivering bespoke pieces that standout for our clients' homes.

Now, we need a friendly face and voice to guide our booked clients from their initial brief to the final sale.

You’ll Be Doing Client Consultations & Sales, Host in-store showroom bookings and online Zoom consultations, guiding interstate and local clients toward the perfect design solution and confidently closing sales.

Prepare invoices, order stock, and manage booking schedules.

Manage outbound calls to follow up with leads, answer questions, and help clients confidently finalize their projects.

A background or strong interest in design or construction will be highly regarded.

Part-time, 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday).

On-site at our Slab Culture showroom.

A throwback to our roots. When casting massive forms meant hours in the shed, dialed in by hand with a sea of clamps. We have grown beyond recognition since this photo was taken, upgrading our facilities, refining our processes, and expanding our team.

While the equipment is more advanced, that same foundation of raw dedication to quality seen on this early shirt is still at the core of everything we build today. Grateful for the journey.
