All the sunshine and rainbows aside, we’ve come to the end of the 25/26 wedding season here at Euka- it’s been loads of fun, but also it’s been a HEAP of hard work! ✂️🍃🌈

Hello! 👋 In case you were wondering who is behind the scenes of Euka, I thought I’d take a moment to re-introduce myself!

Firstly, thank you for being here! 🫶

I’m Tara and Euka is my full-time floristry business, created out of a passion for art & nature 💐

I’ve been working with flowers since 2017, but have always been a creative artist and nature lover since childhood 🌱

I have the privilege of living and working on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar, from my home studio in South Lake, and take great inspiration from the First Nations connection to land 🖤💛❤️

I work closely with the Noongar seasons and specialise in local Aussie-grown flowers, particularly native Australian flora and some South African species. Sustainability and honouring the planet is one of my core values, and I incorporate this into all aspects of my designs and operations as much as possible 🌏

Benji, my (almost 4 year old) border collie is my partner in crime and loves to be involved in everything I do, which means he’s on quality control, delivery assistance and play-time / cuddle breaks 🐶🐾

Some facts about me:
🍁 Autumn is my favourite season
🌼 Acacia and Grevillea are some of my favourite flowers (but this tends to change with the seasons!)
🌳 I prefer the forest / bush over the beach / ocean
🫖 A cup of tea + a sweet treat is the way to my heart
🎌 I love all things Japan and took my dream trip there in Nov 2024 to catch the momiji trees in full autumn bloom!
🪲 I have a taxidermy bug and earthy pottery collection (and also a collection of Totoros, drop a 🐰 if you know what I’m talking about) basically I love trinkets ✨
🎶 FOALS are my all time favourite band
