B***d Pork Leg on the Weber Searwood Rotisserie 🔥🐷

Nothing beats the sound of crispy crackling.

Started hot at 275°C for 30 minutes to get the skin blistering, then dropped back to 180°C until the internal temperature reached 70°C. Finished with a final blast at 275°C for 10 minutes to make sure that crackling was perfectly crunchy.

Juicy pork, crispy crackling, and rotisserie perfection. 🤤

Simple is hard to beat. 🔥

Lamb backstrap, seasoned with nothing more than olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then grilled over charcoal on the Weber Performer until perfectly blushing pink.

Sometimes the secret to great BBQ is knowing when to keep it simple. 🐑🔥

10kg of brisket.
And it sliced like a hot knife through butter 🤤😋🤣

This beast was soft, juicy, and absolutely worth every minute on the smoker.

Good thing we had the Large Australian Brisket Board ready for battle… because this thing needed runway clearance before slicing 😂🔥

Massive shoutout to The Australian Brisket Board for building boards that can actually handle a proper brisket feast
