At Chef Damien, quality, care, and nutrition are at the heart of everything we prepare. To ensure our meal, soup, and dessert offerings meet the highest nutritional and compliance standards, we work closely with Gemma for menu audits and expert dietitian oversight.

With the new legislative updates and Standard 6: Food and Nutrition under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, having an Accredited Practising Dietitian on board is crucial especially for meal providers

Beyond compliance and aged care nutrition, Gemma provides one-on-one consultation services for managing a wide range of health conditions, including:
