Now this is a special knife.
Yes, I know, it's plain as dirt, Nitro V, lockback with black canvas scales. It's special because I made it for my first ever karate student that made it all the way from white belt to black belt. He started as a bright-eyed little boy and now he is young man that can fight like a devil.
Only about 1 in 1000 students get this far. Over the years I have seen hundreds of students come and go and always hope that one has got what it takes to to make the journey.
Now he has and I am well proud. His name is engraved on one side and mine on the other.

Now all my other students want one - I guess they will have to work for it.
