It’s one of those things I never imagined I’d just whip up in minutes. My husband was making a protein shake and asked if we had any cashew butter. My response? I bet you I can make it for you.

A quick search on Cookidoo showed I only needed three ingredients and less than 2 minutes. Three guided steps later and voilà — done. We always have cashews in the house, so it worked out much cheaper too, and there was no last‑minute dash to the shops.

The definition of set‑and‑forget breakfast eggs — because mornings with kids are a whole sport.
