Been making a few staples this week. These pickled red onions are a great one to dress up any meal or even toasted sandwiches. I used the cutter to thinly slice the onions then added the pickling. Really delicious, highly recommend

Love a good green Thai curry on a Friday night. This recipe cooks the curry and the rice at the same time! Amazing the effort and time that saves. I followed the Thai red chicken curry recipe and changed the paste to green.

I have to admit I have only just started using this tin in the varoma to cook rice. Can’t believe I’ve had it in the cupboard and only just starting to use it. If really did save a lot of effort.

Curry paste came from the freezer which was made a couple of weeks ago. And love being able to pick Thai basil from the garden. But of course you can buy both and still get an amazing result but much cheaper than take-away.

Who likes to get extras when they buy things? Right now look at all the extras you can get….signing up as a Consultant is the best way to get a thermomix on your bench with the best the most add ons. You don’t need to stay for a long time, but you never know you might love it!!

Spring is here and my mulberry tree is absolutely laden with mulberries.
First up mulberry pie. I cheated and used frozen puff pastry. But of course easy to make yourself.
I couldn’t find a Cookidoo recipe for the filling so did a google search and asked AI to make it into a thermomix recipe.
Brilliant!!

Singapore did not disappoint! Such a privilege to travel to Singapore with my team members who work hard to earn this trip. What fun we had Mandy Katrina and Jenny. As usual very spoiled with the future with Thermomix looking bright and exciting. Reach out if you would like to be part of it!!

Making this Fake away Mongolian beef tonight. This is seriously good. Tip though, I would recommend washing the bicarb off the beef before adding to the rest of the dish. Feeds a lot of people so great for feeding a crowd or larger families.
