for every day of the year? I don’t need an answer to that one.

Thermomix owners know the answer already. It gives you back time. And if others in the household give it a go too that will be even more of a gift.

Sometimes new customers ask me how many times I use my thermomix. For me I like making pantry basics and cooking meals. But everyone uses their thermomix differently. I’m more inclined to think in terms of what I make now rather than buy already prepared with less time invested. But to help here’s what I made this week.

Hug in a mug chicken soup x2
Chicken stock paste
Brinjal pickle (eggplant)
Banana bread (used up old bananas)
Caramelised onions (for a bbq)
Orange juice
Thai green curry paste
Chicken Thai curry
Rice
Portuguese bread x2
Basil pesto ( basil from my garden)
Chicken pesto tagliatelle

A thermomix in your kitchen just makes it all easy.
