Cheesy Smash Burger & Buffalo Wings Platter 🍔🍗
Ready to elevate your next game day or casual gathering? This cheesy smash burger and buffalo wings platter is packed with flavor and sure to please a crowd! 🎉
Ingredients:
- Juicy smashed beef patties
- Soft brioche buns
- Creamy cheese sauce
- Crispy crinkle-cut fries
- Melted cheddar cheese
- Crispy chicken wings
- Buffalo sauce
- Fresh herbs
Instructions:
1. Start by preparing the beef patties. Take ground beef, season it with salt and pepper, and then form small balls. Heat up your grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Once the cooking surface is hot, place the beef balls on it. Use a spatula to smash each ball down flat—this increases the surface area for a deliciously crispy exterior. Grill for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until the edges are caramelized, then flip and add slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
3. While the beef patties are cooking, place your brioche buns on the grill or in a pan to toast lightly, about 1-2 minutes or until golden and slightly crispy.
4. Prepare the crispy crinkle-cut fries according to package instructions. You can bake or fry them for optimal crispiness. If frying, ensure the oil is heated to about 350°F (180°C).
5. For the chicken wings, in a separate pan, heat oil for frying. Fry the wings until they are golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Once done, remove and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
6. Drizzle buffalo sauce over the crispy chicken wings, tossing to ensure they are evenly coated.
7. To serve, drape the melted cheddar cheese over the hot fries and drizzle with creamy cheese sauce. On a large platter, arrange your smashed beef patties on the toasted brioche buns adjacent to the buffalo wings and fries.
8. Finish off with a sprinkle of fresh herbs over everything for an extra pop of flavor and garnish.
