I always wanted to be an artist however what I could see in my mind never translated to the paper. In year 9 I was kicked out of art class and that was the point I gave up on art for many years, until I found hobby ceramics and I loved doing that. Then I gave painting and drawing another try but even with patient expert instruction I still can’t make my mental images turn into reality. Diamond Dot

art is a perfect creative outlet for me. I personally love the sparkly ones - my nickname has been “Sparkles” for many years now. It is great for everyone but especially great for those who find it hard to draw or paint. There is a design for everyone and you can even special order your own photos or art to become kits. I was lucky enough to have a space that could be turned into an art studio. I’m excited to be able to offer a space for people to come together and Diamond Dot. Exciting news sparklers! We are popping up in the studio from December 13th for a Christmas gifts extravaganza. Over the next two weeks I will be highlighting some of our items for sale but here is a sneak preview of cheese boards available - we also have knives and spreaders, and the coolest gift ever for someone who wears glasses - the cat glasses trinket tray. If you are like me and can't find your glasses without them on your face, you will want one of these!

Tomorrow Shoalhaven Sparklies and Knots & Tidelines will be running a macrame play session after we return from Spring into Sanctuary Point if anyone would like to join us, it is just $10 to play. If you want to make a kit to take home they start from $10.

We have mapped out our entire next few months of workshops and you can book in here. Seating is limited for Diamond Art Fridays but if you book in I can make sure there is a seat and light board for you. :)
