✨ Sometimes the best meals come from simply using what you already have at home ✨

Tonight’s dinner was one of those “throw it together and hope for the best” meals… and WOW it delivered 🙌🏼

🥥 A 600g piece of salmon
🌶️ Marinated in leftover coconut cream & red curry paste
🥦 Pumpkin, broccoli & corn from the fridge
🍚 A container of frozen cooked rice waiting to be used

This took 25 minutes of steaming … I shredded the salmon into the curry sauce 👌

Everything steamed beautifully in the Varoma and in just 25 minutes dinner was DONE ✔️💛

Fresh, healthy, filling and completely made from scratch with what we already had at home 😍

Proof that you don’t always need a recipe or a grocery shop to create something amazing. Sometimes the leftovers become the star of the show ⭐️

2 full people and some leftovers for lunch 😉

✨ Tonight’s shortcut dinner:
✔️ Homemade flour tortillas (less than $2 for 16)
✔️ Chicken cooked on HIGH HEAT using TM7 Browning Mode (500grams for $8 in a bulk pack)
✔️ Crisp lettuce, tomato & onion
✔️ Creamy garlic yoghurt sauce
✔️ Dinner on the table without the drive-thru

The TM7 Browning Mode absolutely nailed the chicken — caramelised edges, juicy in the middle and all that flavour locked in 🔥
Perfect for quick gyros, tacos, loaded bowls or meal prep.

And can we talk about these tortillas?
Watching them puff up in the pan is pure kitchen happiness 😂

🌮 SIMPLE FROM SCRATCH TORTILLAS
Just flour, baking powder, oil, salt & water.
Cheap, easy and SO much better than packet wraps.

This is exactly why I love cooking from scratch…
Real food. Simple ingredients. Big flavour. ❤️
