🚨 NEWS ALERT! WE’VE GOT A CHAMPION ON OUR HANDS! 🏆✨

Meet Ella, Prove Patisserie’s first-year apprentice — and she’s already making her mark!

At the 2026 Royal Adelaide Show Professional Baking Competition, this incredibly talented young baker took home the Highest Mark for Apprentice/Trainee/TafeSA Student… and then went one step further!

🥁 HER CHILLI CHOCOLATE & HAZELNUT DANISH HAS BEEN CROWNED…

🏆 CHAMPION PRODUCT OF THE SHOW 🏆
in the Professional Baking Competition!

A seriously impressive achievement for a first-year apprentice — and one very proud moment for the whole Prove team. ❤️

Ella’s Danish is the perfect combination of rich chilli chocolate, hazelnut and beautifully laminated pastry, and clearly the judges agreed it was something special!

And here’s the best part…

VERY EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

When we began Prove in the middle of COVID, we set out not only to make quality produce but to elevate those around us. Today, is an extremely exciting day when our very first apprentice, Ella, took part in SA Regional World Skills and came away with a GOLD medal!!! 🏅

World Skills has strict measuring criteria. It’s not like the Olympics where Gold, Silver and Bronze are automatically awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Think w**e judging, where only if you achieve an exceptional score is a medal awarded!

Ella, we could not be more proud of your work ethic, maturity, commitment to excellence and being an all round wonderful human that you are! Well done on this achievement and we can’t wait to help you prepare for the Nationals next year!!!
