🌺Reed Diffuser & Fragrance Blend Workshop.

Live The Dream Travel reached out for a private workshop for their members in the quaint Richardson Hall Woodchester.

The group got creative, handcrafting their own reed diffuser vessels with a marbled swirl finish…each one completely unique.

While their vessels were setting, it was time to become fragrance blenders.

They all explored and mixed their own signature scents from a selection of favourites including Lime & Lemongrass, Champagne & Strawberries, One Million, and Japanese Honeysuckle. The hall was filled with the most amazing aromas as everyone experimented with different fragrance combinations.

Not wanting a drop to go to waste, the remaining diffuser oil was poured into stylish bamboo and glass car diffusers that we sourced from our friends over at Natural Good Life, giving everyone two handcrafted creations to take home and enjoy.

On Sunday, I hosted a private workshop in Moorook, organised by the lovely Helen, who gathered her gal pals together for an afternoon of creativity, laughs, and a little time out from the world.

The ladies each handcrafted a terrazzo planter pot with river pebbles and a matching saucer, then chose from a range of indoor plants to complete their pieces 🌿

Helen spoiled everyone with homemade treats and bubbles flowing all afternoon, the kind of gathering that fills your cup in more ways than one.

Helen is a pooch foster mummy, and our little Bobbi came along too 🐶 As expected, he stole hearts instantly, soaked up endless cuddles, and snoozed the entire way home.

Helen, thank you for creating space for you and your besties to slow down, connect, and to make something memorable together.

It was such a fun afternoon 🤍

I had the pleasure of creating a space at The Wistow on High where these ladies could truly slow down... not only their bodies, but also the constant noise of everyday life. Between the gentle laughter and quiet conversations were moments of complete stillness; hands creating, minds settling, simply being present in the moment.
Each mindfully hand crafting their own earthy home décor set, including a tray, planter pot with a live plant, and a small dish.
Taking time to create something beautiful while reconnecting with themselves.

As the pieces slowly set, they paused, grazed from a beautiful shared platter from The Wistow on High, and enjoyed a relaxed drink in a calm and welcoming space.

It’s a chance to slow the pace, connect with others, and savour a few uninterrupted hours of creativity, conversation, and quiet moments in between.

Our home décor workshop was full of creativity, (what you see here is what they mix, blend, pour and sand in the workshop and take home). Everyone made beautiful, hand-poured, handmade pieces and brought their own unique style to the table. It was special seeing each creation come to life.

We also enjoyed some delicious food from and had a blast with that quickly turned strangers into teammates. So many laughs and genuine connections made along the way.

Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a fun, relaxed, and connected day. Days like this are what we need. 🏡💛

What our workshop experience looks and feels like tomorrow 💛

Arrive and settle in with Kimbolton Wines Rosé Spritz chilled over crushed ice, fresh mint, and blueberries, no rush, just easing into the space and the afternoon ahead

We move into a slow creative flow as you pour, press + design your pots, trays, or bowls.

While everything is setting…we bring in Timber Fun Games - a playful, unintentional ice breaker moment with giant Connect Four + Jenga (expect laughter, a little friendly competition, and zero seriousness)

A grazing moment worth lingering over, beautiful platters, bubbles, and mocktails🍹

Then it’s back to your pieces for those finishing touches.

You leave with something beautiful you’ve made…and it was so easy, “I really needed this” kind of feeling.

Ok, out-of-towner workshop attendees, your sunny Sunday in Strath? Consider it handled. 💁‍♀️✨

This Sunday is sunny and 25°C...whaaaattttt.

Rolling in for your workshop with us? Bring the birthday girl 🎉 and your weekend energy, we’ve mapped the rest.

Start just a few minutes out of town with a wine stop at Wines, a little swirl, a little sip, a very good decision.

Then cruise into Strathalbyn for a long, lazy lunch at the Terminus Hotel Strathalbyn (no rushing… you’re on Strath time now).

After lunch, go for a wander:
Head to Dawson Street and explore CICLO x Argus House - Strathalbyn and The Strath Collective - tucked-away gems worth the detour.

Then make your way over to High Street and pop into High Street Trading Co. (enter at your own risk… it’s a vibe).

Time for a cheeky pre-workshop sip? Slide into the Commercial Hotel Strathalbyn for a bevy 🍸

Then just a hop, skip, and a little jump is Sacred Sage Emporium ...this place...a MUST.

Seriously...all this!

From there…your workshop is only a very short stroll away.
Up High Street, into your creative era - bubbles (or something else) on arrival, hands-on goodness, delicious food by The Wistow on High, and a birthday celebration in full swing 🥂

Slow day. Great food. Little wander. Creative magic.

Behind the scenes…
and it’s a *VIP creative energy*

These little stacks? That’s your Sunday afternoon taking shape 👀

We’ll be working with a lightweight composite and silicone moulds to create sculptural trays and petite ring dishes.

This Sunday at 2pm, everything’s prepped for you, from the pours to the platters, so you can walk in, grab a bubbly 🥂 and settle straight into creating.

Hosted with platters by , it’s relaxed, a little bit luxe, and designed so you can properly switch off.

What you’ll be making:
- One large statement tray
- A matching petite round dish
- Your own colour combo from a curated earthy palette

You’ll pour, demould, sand, and finish your pieces by hand, learning the full process using composite + silicone moulds (don’t worry, I'll guide you every step of the way).

In between? You’ll be grazing, sipping, chatting...and probably saying “wait, I actually love this” at least once.

You’ll head home with:
- Two handcrafted pieces (that look very designer, just saying).
- Take-home sealer + instructions.
- Protective wrap + a carry bag so your pieces travel home safely...and a new little creative obsession.

No experience needed, just bring yourself.

Come for the experience.
Leave with something you’ll actually use (or gift… if you can part with it 😉)
