It's the little things that seem so insignificant that make me smile.

I woke up this morning knowing I was having the leftover silverside I slow cooked in my TM7 for lunch!

I switched on my TM6 (only because my TM7 bowls were still in the dishwasher 😅) and made some bread dough.

I made fresh bread rolls with no preservatives or additives! ✅

I then went and cleaned the chicken coup, fresh home laid eggs everyday, ✅ thanks girls!

Lunchtime!!! Bread roll with left over silverside, fresh spray free tomatoes and lettuce from the farmers market. ✅

Homemade mayonnaise I made a couple of days ago also made it on the roll, again no preservatives and also altered to not use seed oil.... ✅

The 😃 come from knowing how much healthier and tastier my lunch was thanks to Thermomix and I didn't have to leave the house!!

And yes I'm the only one home for lunch...... This was still totally worth it just for 1!!!!

Who wants to come to cooking club on Friday the 23rd of Oct, 1-3pm?

Second to last for the year at Mt Barker community centre.

We will be making something delicious, as always .... not sure what yet. Open to suggestions of what you would like to see, pop your suggestions in the comments.

What is Cooking club???? ....... Well its a super casual demo/class style event to see and try new dishes and connect with other Thermomix users. If you have any questions we can answer them or perhaps you need some inspiration?? Plenty of that to go around as well!
