Introducing Sunbury Residence ✨

One of the very first projects I landed when I went out on my own, now completed! Eeeek!

Warm, nostalgic and personal are three words that come to mind when describing this decoration project.

Leaning into my client’s love of the 1970s, we opted for beautiful grasscloth wallpaper, a fun rattan lamp and bronze accents that echo those little pewter girl plaques so many people had in their homes during that time. Beautiful!

July Studio Update ✨

A lot has been happening behind the scenes at BRS, so I thought I’d share a few highlights from the past six weeks. Exciting times!

1. Design and documentation are now complete for my Mount Macedon project. I can’t wait to share the final concept images with you all!

2. I was very lucky to host a lovely work experience student for two weeks. It was a great trade-off: I learnt all the latest high school lingo, like saying “bless” instead of “bless you”, and she learnt some drawing basics and how to specify!

3. Lots of finishes sourcing! How beautiful is this mirror from Also, the BRS brand colours?! Need.

4. Design development has officially begun for Project Newham, and I’m so excited. It’s mid century bones, a little adventurous, and my biggest project yet!

5. A lovely review from a lovely client. I had the pleasure of helping with her new project, . If you’re a local business owner looking for a coworking space, definitely check it out. It’s going to be stunning!

More to come soon,

Ruby ❤️

Let’s Talk About… Dishwashers 🪄

It might not be the most glamorous appliance in the kitchen, but it’s definitely one of the hardest working. Here are a few different styles to look at when planning your kitchen.

Enjoy!

Ah I love my job!

We’ve just wrapped up the final design pack and documentation for a beautiful new bathroom project in Sunbury. Working with an existing bathroom and separate toilet, we have created the most thoughtful spaces. With a skylight that closes when it senses rain (love!), and drawing on colours from a beautiful heritage wallpaper by Graham & Brown (love x2!), I can’t wait to see this come together during the construction phase. It’s going to be so special.

If you like what you see, get in touch today for a complimentary discovery call! ✨
