vellum interiors is a boutique interior styling and decorating firm based in Sydney, Australia. We believe every space should provide an atmosphere and an experience that inspires the senses and makes you want to linger. Alex believes that atmosphere and experience are the two most important elements of a space, and she prioritises bringing a positive feeling into a space above all else. She enjoy

s working collaboratively with clients to uncover their style and taste, as well as how they live and what experiences they value at home, in order to create a space they love to linger in. Alex is inspired by old things – from houses and buildings to furniture and jewellery – and the stories of the people who owned them. In design, Alex is a lover of contrasts, vibrant colour and the unexpected.

We take on a low volume of work, so that each client is given great care and attention, and our step-by-step process includes finishing each space down to the last detail, including artwork and styling.
