After 8 incredible years serving the wonderful Surry Hills community, the time has come for us to close our doors.

This is one of the hardest things I’ve had to write.
Before we go, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for every visit, every conversation across the counter, every laugh, every familiar face, and for choosing to support our little business year after year.

What started as a butcher became so much more because of you. The friendships, the memories, and the loyalty you’ve shown us are something I’ll never forget.
Saying goodbye is incredibly hard, but I truly hope this isn’t goodbye forever just a “see you later.”

From my family and the entire Ardi’s team, thank you for being part of our journey. We’ll always be grateful for the years we shared in Surry Hills.
