I absolutely love a fancy meal packed with delicious flavours! But what I love more is trying to recreate it at home 🥩

Prosciutto-wrapped eye fillet, French onion potato gratin, fresh garden veggies & a homemade red wine jus. 🤤

Restaurant vibes, right at home and no where near the price!

Absolutely nailed the red wine jus if I dont say so myself and repurchased the onion chunks for delicious homemade steak sandwhiches for lunch today.

Dinner done quick is an absolute must in our household at the moment!

Working more hours means there's a lot less time to spend playing in the kitchen. I'll admit, takeaway has looked pretty tempting some nights 😅

But knowing I can have a delicious, homemade meal on the table in under 30 minutes, with very little hands-on time, has been an absolute lifesaver 🙌

The Thermomix keeps dinner simple, stress-free, and so much more budget-friendly than grabbing takeaway. More time with the family, less time cooking, and everyone still gets a meal they'll love. That's a win in my books!
