Out and About

This main bedroom at our Paddington Residence was designed around a feeling as much as a brief. Our clients wanted to bring the warmth and texture of African and Australian landscapes into their home, and that sense of place became the thread running through every decision we made.
Muddy velvets, earthy terracottas, and textured timbers were layered together to create something that feels deeply grounded and quietly indulgent. Nothing jarring, nothing overly polished, just materials that seem to belong together in the same way a landscape does, each one adding depth without demanding attention.
The result is a space that wraps around you the moment you walk in, which is exactly what a bedroom should do.

On Site
A kitchen update to a heritage listed home asks for a different kind of thinking. Rather than reimagining the space entirely, the goal is to listen to what's already there and work with it.
Every decision is being made with the original character of the home in mind, introducing new elements gradually and thoughtfully, chosen for how well they sit alongside the old rather than how much they stand out on their own.
We can't wait to show you the finished result, but even at this stage it's clear this is going to be a space that feels considered and calm, genuinely functional for the way our clients live today, without ever forgetting where it came from.

Transformation
Timeless doesn't mean untouched! Working within this Victorian terrace, we balanced the integrity of its original character with the needs of a modern household. Original details were celebrated, not concealed, and new elements were chosen to complement rather than compete.

Flatlay
Before a single decision is made on site, we spend time getting the materials right. A flatlay like this is where a project really begins to take shape, testing how textures sit alongside each other, how tones shift in different light, and whether the overall feeling is heading in the right direction.
When a palette stays calm and cohesive, it stops competing with the architecture and starts revealing it. You begin to read the form of the space more clearly, the way light moves across a wall, the outline of a joinery detail, the rhythm of a room.
