Lately I haven’t had a chance to refresh my shelfies as we have been deep in bedroom renovation mode and working on other work projects, so this morning I looked up and thought I’d add my new brown thick rimmed flutted drinking glasses up here. 👌🍂

A few captures of Our newly built walk in robe ✨

Sharing moments of joy, I finished plastering & painted the entire walk in late last week, those open shelves were a pain to build, then plaster, sand & paint but totally worth every bit Troy did an amazing job as always 🙌🏻

I’ve slowly moved all our clothes in to our newly completed walk in robe, I still need to fit the sheer curtain on the back side of it, and it needs a few little extra details added to it, but for now we couldn’t be happier that we finally have a functional walk in robe, we definitely made good use of that space behind our stairs 🙌🏻🤍

We are now off and running and have made space for our new ensuite, we dismantled our old makeshift wardrobe and jackhammered all the tiles in that space, in preparation for new beginnings.. I’ve already shared a bit of that in stories, I’ll share more details soon, see you over in stories for more detailed exciting times ahead 🤍✨

So this is what Autumn looks like here in Oz! I’m not ready for cooler days, and I’m definitely not ready for cosy layer...

So this is what Autumn looks like here in Oz!

I’m not ready for cooler days, and I’m definitely not ready for cosy layers, so here’s to hoping we get to enjoy a few more weeks of warmth, sunshine and living with our doors open ✨

Featured here is the beautiful Malia flat weave rug in beige from how perfect does she look out here, we are in love with this timeless design, it’s exactly what this space needed 🤎

DIY plastered wall sconces made from gutter wire + topping compound (aka budget magic)

Here you go guys, for those of you that voted in stories yesterday on a diy tutorial reel, they are Sculpted, painted and glowing, proof you don’t need to spend $$$ for that organic, handmade look.

FYI: Tip - We hooked ours with some screws in the wall, if you are renting, maybe suggest you don’t cut a hole in yours and attach it it with some double sided Velcro tape or some hook strips, that are removable and a puck light, this will hold it in place flat side down 🙌🏻 and when you move you can take it with you, I used an Arlec LED spotlight $10 from they a tri colour and I have mine set on warm!

For our pool sconces, I used the same method, with the wipes & gutter wire, I swapped the topping compound for acrylic render and rendered them 🙌🏻 I do have a diy reel on my page on them as well, and you loved this idea at the time 👌

“Our Style” We love rustic vintage, Mediterranean coastal with a bit of Modern mid century thrown in the mix, love designing handmade pieces and they are all made with love, intention & purpose, we love the uniquely satisfying feeling we get from our one off pieces.
