Last day of school has finally rolled around for us. All the thank you gifts have been made and handed over to those that have supported our family through the year.

This year I made zipped pouches for teachers. They can use these for pencils, markers, treats, or anything they like. Each one was individualised with a cute label as well as a unique zip, pull and lining print.

These were fun to make and I’d love to make some more of these. They’re a great size for a pencil case, make-up bag, storing toys, or any collection of small items. The first one I made as a tester has been out to use holding my collection of zipper pulls 😆

I will pop up a post in my Facebook Group in early January for custom spots and I can get these made and sent to you in time for school. Let me know if you’re keen and I’ll be sure to tag you when orders open.

Final preorder FBTM 😢

Fabric by TrishaMakes Australia is closing and their final preorder is open now - 12th to 19th November.

I’ve loved doing strike sews for Trish over the last few years and I’m feeling sad that she is closing the business. I will miss her straightforward approach and her passion and commitment to providing top quality fabrics and prints. I have personally tried and tested most of her fabric bases. They are great quality fabrics with unique prints that you won’t want to miss.

I will accept orders in any prints from past Rounds. I can guide you with which fabric base is best for the items you want.

There is also 100 new prints in the final fabric preorder - Round 66. Just a few of the new prints are in this post.

Use the website to look for prints and either screen shot your prints including the print name or take note of the print name and Round Number.
