Emergency services calls👋🏼

2 little jobs done today, first one was a quick little emergency repair job done today by the team! Unfortunately this folding arm awnings at a popular cafe in Cronulla failed on one of the business weekends! But thankfully they contacted us and we had a motor already in stock in hand ready to go and just like that we have a fully functional working awning again, with a quick service to level them back out!
Another happy customer!

2nd job was on 3 outdoor blinds which were installed 1 year ago by another company who shut the business down and then reopened another blind business and now will not warrant the product!! I can't name them unfortunately but it this has happened to you contact me and I'll help you out to get it fixed👍🏼👏🏼
This job went wrong because other the motors they sold which you can see the brand in the photos, they dropped their programming and didn't know when to stop! Which is why I sell a different brand and has always been reliable, most companies don't use them because they are a little more expensive but they are reliable!

Silly season has well and truly started! So many enquiries for outdoor blinds it's been amazing!👏🏼 Please to avoid disappointment if you are having events or hosting and want outdoor blinds please get in touch soon because the calendar is quickly filling up!!🗓️

Enough of that let's get into what I've been up to and show you one of the amazing jobs I've been working on. This customer in airds has a wonderful property which gets smashing by the sunshine and wildlife so they trusted me to install 11 outdoor motorised blinds! YES 11!
They have two alfresco areas which I had to installed a 90x90 post in each one to create a small door way with a blind so they have easy access in and out,

Wow the rain this week 😱 good thing I have indoor installations this week! Today's job was a whole house off these beautiful plantation shutters!
Slightly more unconventional from the standard type of shutters, this job has a lot of furniture in the way when measuring but the customer like to open their window up so we decided to split the windows into multiple sections, top and bottom so they can open the top doors up to access window without the furniture being in the way.
The customer also decided to go for a decorative style Z frame which I must say I love the look and finish of it!

The end result was a very happy customer!

The shutters in this install are from Norman Australia backed by a 10 year no questions asked warranty!! Yes you read that correctly! It's an insane warranty and a super high quality plantation shutter.

Wow the amount of enquires for outdoor blinds has been enormous! One of this week's jobs was this very awkward task. As you can see in the photos the pergola wasn't built very well, with one of the posts landing inside the tiled area and the rest landing 140mm outside the area, so what this meant was I needed try to get everything to line up and fall in the alfresco area. To do this I got 150mm X 150mm posts powder coated to match the blinds and added them in different configurations to make everything work.
Customer is super happy with the end result and yes the gaps at the top of blinds will be flashed in by me when the custom pieces are ready.

This took alot of working out this job and I think it couldn't have came out better.

Today install was out at box hill, beautiful brand new home which I had the pleasure of installing in. The customers found a fabric for both roller and curtains from 5 minutes blinds that they really liked, but the problem is that they call it by a different name but we spent the time tracking down this exact fabric and colour that they liked instead of just offering an alternative, we went the extra mile to make sure they got the desired outcome!

This job was completed in Oran Park, the customer has this area which is the perfect entertainment area and with this outdoor blind it gives them that protection from bugs, rain, wind, UV rays etc. This is also motorised which includes a feature which if you put the blinds down and there is an obstruction it will automatically stop moving to protect any damage to fabric or item blocking it, this is useful because it prevents any silly call outs in future. Some companies out there sell products like these knowing it will happen and because it is the customers fault putting something underneath it they then charge a call out fee to repair it, generating a steady stream of service work for the companys. I am totally against this and sell you a product I expect to last without future call outs.

As you can see this job involved me needing to find a way to avoid the hot and cold water pipes to allow the blind to be able to go to the ground, so I added a 65x50mm post and cut around the pipes and siliconed it all up. Also down the wall is all siliconed up so no gaps 👌🏼 Most companies avoid sealing down the wall but not us! We go the extra mile.

Check out this recent installation we completed out at seven hills! This job was done in various stages, firstly we installed vertical blinds throughout the majority of the home, these are good because they give a flexibility to control the light through your window.
Next up we had some sheer S-wave curtains and facefit tracks to finish of the living and dining area and soften up the space.
Next up again we have 3 outdoor zipscreen systems which perfectly control the light and heat in the alfresco area, also whilst stopping the pesky bugs and wind and rain from getting into the alfresco because the fabric is held in place by side tracks.
Lastly we finished it of with 2 aluminium plantation shutters above the outdoor kitchen which gives a nice level of protection and stops the heat in the summer time.
