Maroubra Dual
Doubling down on design.
Set within the coastal fabric of Maroubra, this dual occupancy project explores how contemporary architecture can mediate between context, community, and environment. Positioned on a 660sqm corner site, the design engages with light, air, and orientation to create spaces that feel both private and connected.
The architectural language is distinctly modernist, clean lines, deep overhangs, and an earthy material palette that resonates with the coastal landscape. Interiors are arranged with versatility in mind, accommodating evolving patterns of living while maintaining a strong sense of retreat.
At its core, the project is about balance: between individuality and harmony, efficiency and comfort, natural forces and built form. It is a considered response to place, offering a model of suburban density that is sustainable, liveable, and enduring.
