We had a fantastic time at our recent textiles workshop inspired by 😅 blend of art and sign language! Students chose their favourite Auslan signs to create textile pieces.

Some will finish their work at home and bring it back this week! 😃⭐️

The students have learned so much from start to finish over these 7 weeks at Deaf Connect!

One of the best skills they’ve gained is definitely patience, taking the time to put a lot of thought into their art.

We wrapped up with an exciting final class on zine making, where they got creative with collages, stories, and personal touches.

It’s been an incredible journey watching their creativity and confidence grow with each session. 🎨✨
