Daily plunge challenge: 1 to 30 September.

Host your own plunge, gather your regular swim crew, or join solo, an ocean pool, beach, river, lake, harbour or local swimming place. There’s no distance and no competition. It’s simply about showing up, entering the water safely and reconnecting with the places that hold us.
