I’ve always poured my heart into creating memorial candles for others… honouring their loved ones, their stories, their memories.

But this time… it feels different. This time, it’s for me.

Two days ago, I lost my Charlie… my best friend, my soul mate. And now I find myself doing what I’ve done for so many of you — creating a candle in memory of someone I love so deeply.

It feels strange, it feels heavy… but also, in a quiet way, it feels comforting.

Lighting this candle for Charlie has become part of my healing. The soft glow, the familiar ritual… it’s a way to feel close to him, to honour him, to keep his memory alive in my home and in my heart.

This is why I do what I do. Because sometimes words aren’t enough… but a flame can hold so much love 🤍
