We love these pretty pastel heart shaped needle minders! They've just arrived in to Stitch. Perfect for holding your needle safely while pausing or re threading.
Also just arrived into store these lovely patterned scissors in lilac, a new colour for this item at Stitch. Plus the folding scissors in mint.

the Heal Country needlepoint kit.
The kit contains printed 13 count canvas, DMC soft cotton threads, a needle & instruction leaflet. Design size 26cm x 31cm.

Our students worked hard at the Hedebo class @ Stitch last Sunday with Embroidery Guild tutor Michelle Hudson. Day 2 is in a few weeks (we have some homework to do!).
We commissioned the Hedebo sticks, made from solid oak, from a local artisan wood turner.
Essential for this form of embroidery, & so hard to find!
We have a few left in stock, so if you are interested to try this technique you will need one.

Did you miss out last time?
Our first order of Nurge snap frames sold out in just a few days!
The good news is that fresh stock has arrived into Stitch this afternoon.
There are 5 colours to pick from, blue, purple, pink, orange or grey, so hard to decide!!.
Along with the snap frame you get a set of 4 extension rods allowing for 4 different frame sizes depending on how you connect them.
We have received rave reviews from our customers.
These pretty & easy to use snap frames are perfect for cross stitch, surface embroidery, needlepoint / tapestry projects.

Our newest yarn has just arrived into Stitch.
Pacific Lace is a beautiful 2 ply mohair & silk yarn with 200m per ball.
The colours are just delicious. Like little clouds of fairy floss!
You can knit it alone (2 strands is lovely) or combine it with any other 4 ply or 8 ply wool.
We have some lovely patterns for a wrap, a cardigan & a turtle neck sweater.
I knitted the "Sophie scarf" by PetiteKnit (pattern available from Ravelry) with just one ball of the seaweed colour, using 2 strands & 3.75mm needles.

We have just opened up bookings for a new class at Stitch. Making "By the Chimney" ornament designed by Larissa Holland of mmmcrafts. In this 2 day class you will make a tiny & gorgeous hand embroidered felt Christmas stocking plus the little stocking stuffers that go inside (there are 7 options, make a few or make them all!)
Class dates are Sunday 26th July plus Sunday 2nd August. This is the perfect addition to your set of hand made Christmas tree ornaments.

Nurge snap frames have just arrived into Stitch today.
We are excited to present this new product as many people have been wanting something like this.
An alternative to a hoop, these frames are lightweight, easy to use & come in such pretty colours!
We have packaged the frame plus a set of extension rods together, giving you several size options from the one set. The base size is 21cm x 21cm. With the rods they can be extended to 21cm x 39cm, or 39cm x 39cm or 21cm x 57xm. Perfect for all types of stitching including tapestry & needlepoint.
