🏚️ Dollhouse Renovation Project 🏚️

In February 2025, I decided to give an old dollhouse a second life. I wanted to turn it into an abandoned looking house and create a place for my sculptures to call home.

Awakened Manor

A Home for Sculptures Trapped Between Art and Life
In a quiet studio, a sculptor shaped eerie figures from clay, each one telling a secret, whispering a dream, or trapping the viewer inside a nightmare.

One day, she placed her creations carefully into an old dollhouse she had found, half-buried in the overgrown woods. It felt as though the house had been waiting, waiting for someone to discover it, to breathe life into it once more. The moment the first sculpture touched the floorboards, something shifted.
The dollhouse awakened.

Once alive, her sculptures began to move. They crept through the house, their movements subtle and fluid. They whispered to each other in voices only the walls could hear. The sculptor never questioned the strange drafts that chilled the air or the way the shadows danced in corners. Instead, she felt an overwhelming need to create. Day after day, her hands worked, molding more figures, more creatures, more artwork. The house watched, waiting, as if it were feeding on her creativity. The walls groaned in satisfaction as each new sculpture took its place in their new home.

Now called Awakened Manor, the dollhouse is no longer a display. It is a home. A realm. A sanctuary for the strange little lives she unknowingly brought into being. What once slept in silence now watches, restless and aware, never truly still again.......
