We are a HIA award winning kitchen & joinery company looking for a quality Tradesperson to join our small growing business based in Dural.
We specialise in custom made deluxe kitchens and high-end joinery to luxury homes based on the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs primarily.
We are looking for a skilled tradesperson with an eye for detail who prides themselves in quality.
The Role
• You will be the factory foreman/leading hand. You will be required to coordinate and manage the factory flow of work. Working alongside the team in a hands-on role, including supervising staff within the factory, training and guiding apprentices.
Experience and Skill.
• Have high quality level of skill in cabinet joinery, an eye for detail and versatility
• Be able to work well in a team environment
• Be able to read and interpret workshop plans
• Have quality kitchen manufacturing experience and be able to manage workflow
• Can coordinate work during all process of the job from factory to installation
• Have some installation experience to coordinate with other staff
• Be able to lead and communicate well with apprentices and staff. Good communication is a must!
• Be able to take direction from Supervisor
• Have pride in the factory by keeping things organised and tidy
• Drivers license and own hand tools
Salary $70K - $80K – negotiable based on experience
