Not every window wants a curtain. Sometimes a blind is the smarter choice 💕

Take these windows. High-set and compact, they were never going to suit a full-length curtain. So we went with Roman blinds instead, and they turned out to be exactly right for the space.

Romans give you the softness of fabric without the bulk of a full curtain. Those gentle horizontal folds add texture and a tailored finish, and they sit neat and tidy against the window while still feeling considered rather than purely functional.

That's the beauty of a Roman blind. It fits the awkward spots a curtain can't, it keeps its lines crisp, and in a soft neutral like this it quietly lifts a room rather than competing with it.

Proof that a beautiful blind can be exactly what a room needs.

Some homes stop you the moment you walk in. This new Collaroy build by Stony Creek Construction is one of them 💕

Masterfully built, beautifully finished, and every detail considered. A home like this deserves window furnishings to match.

So we dressed them in Warwick Burano in ivory by Warwick Fabrics Australia, a soft S-fold sheer running wall to wall. It filters the coastal light and keeps everything calm and effortless, right through to that ocean glimpse in the living room.

The result is a home that feels elegant, elevated, and completely at ease.

Sheers and blinds are not always the answer. Sometimes a room just calls for a proper curtain.

This one did. A rich blue-grey that pools softly on the floor and wraps the whole room in something calmer and more grounded. The kind of finish that makes a space feel considered rather than just furnished💕

Look at the way it sits across that gable window. Awkward shapes like that are easy to get wrong, but dressed properly they become the best feature in the room.

That's what a full curtain does that a blind never quite can. It softens the hard lines, quiets the space, and gives a room a real sense of depth.

If there's a room in your home crying out for that richer, more finished look, we'd love to help. Book a free consultation with our team. We work with clients right across Sydney.

This is what good linen does to afternoon light 💕

Look at the way it filters through. It softens everything it touches, turning a hard sunny window into something calm and easy to sit with. You still get the greenery and the daylight, just without the glare.

That's the quiet magic of a linen sheer. It doesn't block the room off. It takes the edge off the light and lets the space breathe.

And through the day it gives you that softer, more private feel too, so you can enjoy the outlook without the room feeling on show.

This gorgeous linen is from our friends at , and it drapes exactly the way you'd hope. Soft folds, beautiful movement, a finish that looks effortless once it's up.

If your windows could do with a softer kind of light, we'd love to help you find the right sheer for your space. We work with clients right across Sydney.

Work in progress in Paddington today, and this space is already starting to come alive 💕

Floor to ceiling velvet in the softest blush, puddling gently onto the boards. There's a real richness to it, the kind of finish that changes how a whole room feels.

This one is still very much a work in progress. Ladders up, boxes everywhere, the team moving through every detail. But you can already see where it's heading.

It's a proper team effort behind an install like this. Our designer shaping the vision, our workroom bringing it to life, and the office coordinating every last detail so it all comes together on the day.

Watch this space for the finished reveal.

We work right across the Sydney area, so if you've been thinking about window furnishings for your own space, we'd love to help you bring it to life.

Get the light right and a good room becomes a great one. In this stunning Avalon home, we installed linen blend sheers in a soft S-fold running the length of the sliding doors, so the afternoon sun comes through filtered rather than harsh.

Either side of the fireplace, Roman blinds do the practical work. They soften the light from the windows on each side of the TV, so it's not in your eyes when you're enjoying time on the couch.

Relaxed, considered, and completely at home by the beach 💕

There's something about sheers in a kitchen that just works.

The light, the movement, the way they soften a space without closing it off. This install is a perfect example. Neutral toned sheers next to a sliding door, letting the afternoon sun do its thing while the room stays open and airy 💕

It's a small detail that makes a big difference to how a space feels every single day.

If you've been thinking about new window treatments for your kitchen or living areas, we'd love to help.

Not every client wants white sheers. And honestly, we love it when they don't.

This client wanted something a bit different. Something with personality. They landed on a deep forest green linen and we have to say, it paid off beautifully💕

Floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall, next to a wood fireplace that was practically made for it. The colour, the weight of the fabric, the way it anchors the whole room. Bold but considered. Everything working together.

Sometimes the best brief is "I want something that feels like me."

If you're ready to move beyond the expected, we'd love to help you find the right colour, style and fabric for your space.

Manly. Floor-to-ceiling sheers and that soft Northern Beaches light doing exactly what it's supposed to.

There's a quiet confidence to a room that's been done properly. Nothing competing for attention. Just clean lines, beautiful fabric, and a view worth keeping.

The inclusion of a pelmet is one of those details that makes everything look more intentional. Tuck the hardware away and suddenly the whole window feels considered.

If you've been thinking about new curtains for your home, we'd love to help you get the look right.

There's something about 100% linen that just catches the light differently 💕

This S-fold sheer in a natural linen, hung on a black rod, is the kind of combination that feels effortless but considered. The texture, the movement, the way the garden comes through without the room losing its sense of privacy.

Simple. Understated. And completely beautiful.

If you've been thinking about linen sheers for your home, we'd love to help you find the right fabric and finish.
