Architecture, Construction & Interior Design by TASS

At Gymea Bay, the moments that elevate the space are layered throughout - antique brass fixtures catching the light, travertine surfaces worn smooth with warmth, Boston Oak joinery that grounds every room it touches. Details chosen not for impact but for the quiet way they contribute to a home that feels complete.

We are proud that this project has been recognised as a 2026 HIA NSW Finalist for both Kitchen of the Year and Bathroom of the Year - a reflection of the care and craft our team brings to every detail.

The archways. The light well at the heart of the home. Every detail considered with purpose.

This is what happens when design and construction thinking come together from the beginning.

When the people building the home understand the thinking behind every detail, the original design intent isn’t lost along the way. It’s carried through to the way the home is built, experienced and lived in.

A kitchen designed for the way this family actually lives.

Open, generous, and resolved with the same precision applied to every other space in the home. Natural light drawn in from above. Surfaces chosen to work together and improve with time. A room that earns its place at the centre of the home not through scale alone but through the quality of every decision made within it.

Proud to have Marrickville recognised as a 2025 HIA Finalist for Renovation/Addition and Residential Design of the Year.

A home shaped by restraint, detail and a deep respect for what came before.

At Marrickville, the original character was not erased, but carefully extended. Heritage elements, contemporary planning and considered material choices work together to create a home that feels grounded, refined and entirely personal.

Proud to share that Gymea Bay has been named a finalist in the 2026 MBA NSW Excellence in Housing Awards.

Reimagined as a Mediterranean-inspired coastal home, Gymea Bay reflects a considered approach to architecture, interiors and construction, grounded in place and designed for the way its family lives.

To be recognised among a select group of finalists across NSW is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, and one shared with every person who helped bring this home to life.

Winners announced this October.

Architecture, Construction & Interior Design by TASS

A home that knew what it wanted to be.
At Marrickville, the brief was clear - a family home designed for generous living, built to honour the heritage of its streetscape while making no compromises within.
Every wall, ceiling, and floor reworked. A library for quiet moments. A pool and alfresco for everything else.
And the kind of details - coffered ceilings, exposed concrete, floor-to-ceiling glazing - that make a home feel considered long after the first impression fades.

Conceived and delivered entirely in-house across architecture, interior design, and construction.

The details are the difference.

At Mosman, the finishing touches were never just finishing touches. Every fixture, every junction, every surface brought together with the same precision that shaped the build from the beginning. The details that enhance a space are rarely the ones you notice first - but they are the ones you feel every day.

Every home is shaped by skill, trust and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

"When the vision is the same across the whole team, the client feels it."

That shared focus on the customer - on every conversation, every update, and every moment someone feels genuinely looked after - is what separates a good experience from one people talk about long after the project is complete. It is not something you manufacture. It is something you build into the culture from day one.

This is part of a longer conversation with Jenks. Watch the full interview at the link in our story.

Architecture, Construction & Interior Design by TASS

A home shaped by warmth, restraint, and the way it is lived in.

At Gymea Bay, the interior was designed to feel grounded from the moment you step inside. Natural textures, soft tones, and carefully chosen finishes work together to create a sense of calm - each space connected, purposeful, and quietly refined. Every detail was shaped as part of the whole, from the material palette to the way the home moves between everyday moments.

This is what we mean when we talk about designing for lifestyle - homes that are not just beautiful to look at, but deeply personal to the people who live in them. Conceived and delivered entirely in-house across architecture, interior design, and construction, from the first conversation to the final handover.

Another proud milestone for the team, with Balmain recognised as a finalist in the 2026 MBA NSW Excellence in Housing Awards.

Set on a tightly held inner-city site, Balmain was shaped through thoughtful planning, precision and a considered approach to space. Natural light, refined detailing and a restrained material palette come together to create a home that feels generous beyond its footprint.
