GLOW UP your Ornamental Kale by turning the leaves out to show off their unique colours and textures.

💐 Catherine and Lucy taught us how to show off the leaves of the ornamental kale! Ornamental kale is part of the cabbage family but we use it for decorative purposes.

🥬 It comes in many different shades of cream, green and purple/lilac shades as well as a dark purple which is almost black.

It’s a winter crop so we only get to use it this time of year and it’s at its prime right now ☺️ Ours is grown by on the outskirts of Sydney
