The recent Pink Tea event, Mind & Soul, was a true celebration of strength, style, and sisterhood. Organised by the amazing , and thanks to the 220 incredible women who showed up with heart, we raised $6,000 for and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

To kick things off, I knew grabbing the attention of a room full of women wouldn’t be easy. So I got real—I shared my own body shape story. Why? Because it's so important to embrace the body you have right now, whatever shape or size that may be.

Drawing from my background in celebrity styling and working with everyday women, I offered practical tips and encouragement for navigating body changes—especially in midlife. I was joined on stage by some of my biggest supporters friends and women I’ve styled—who shared the moment with me, and even got up to stand proudly in their own skin. That part? Unforgettable.

We live in our bodies 24/7. So when change shows up at midlife, any age, or just on an off-day we owe ourselves grace. Be kind. Ditch the self-sabotage. Buy clothes that fit the now. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you.

Last weekend’s Pink Angels event, brilliantly organised by Liza Rose, delivered something truly powerful, a $10,000 donation to Treasure Chest Charity to fund the Breast Reconstruction Awareness Program (BRA) at The Royal Women's Hospital for the year ahead.

BRA is the only peer-supported breast reconstruction program of its kind in Victoria. Each year, more than 250 women walk into a room filled with uncertainty and meet someone who has already travelled the path before them. These honest, courageous conversations provide genuine reassurance, clarity, confidence, and connection, something no brochure or medical appointment ever could, at a time when it’s needed most.

This program exists because of community support. Without it, BRA nights simply would not run.

Every dollar raised changes a woman’s experience of breast cancer — and ensures no one faces reconstruction feeling alone.

PINK PASSION – An Afternoon of Purpose, Power & Impact!
“Where Passion Meets Purpose.”

Please welcome Jane Sandanski – Macedonian Cultural & Artistic Association, proudly established in 1982 - St Albans.

Over the past 10 years the group has flourished, growing to over 220 members today with 8 dedicated groups. Part of this growth was the desire and passion from former dancers and parents of our association who also wanted to experience the thrill of performing on stage while representing their culture.

With this passion and desire the Alumni group was formed on the 29th of August 2024. What started with 20 dedicated members has now grown to 35 dancers this year.

The Alumni group will be performing Belcisko Oro and Zensko Berance at our Pink Angels Fundraiser Event.
- Belcisko is an elegant female Oro originating from the Ohrid region which comprises slow precise movements.
- Zensko Berance is a dance typical of the Pelagonia region in southwest Macedonia which comprises elegant movements and dancing in pairs.
