Fast! 🙌 Once your deposit is paid, we can typically be on-site within a few weeks or days. Sydney’s market moves quickly, and so do we. Reach out early to secure your preferred date and inventory!
“Can you just do the lounge room and skip the rest?”
Absolutely! 🛋️ Partial styling is one of our most popular options. We’ll help you identify which rooms will make the biggest impact for your budget -and a beautifully styled living space can completely change how buyers feel the moment they walk in.
“The walls are freshly painted, do we really need artwork?”
Yes! 🎨 Blank walls can make rooms feel cold and unfinished in photos. Artwork adds warmth, scale, and emotional connection — it’s one of the smallest investments with the biggest visual payoff. Trust us on this one!
“We got an offer on Day 1 — can you collect the furniture now?”
Congrats — that’s the dream! 🎉 We do ask that furniture stays until the contract goes unconditional.
Open homes may still be needed, and your property needs to stay buyer-ready. Once it’s unconditional, we’ll sort plan and pickup!
“We still have some of our own furniture there — can you work around it?”
Sometimes, yes! 🛠️ For partial installs, we can work with existing pieces that suit the style brief. If something doesn’t fit the look, we’ll be upfront about it. Our priority is always a cohesive, buyer-ready presentation.
