I hope you all are doing great! I have been thinking of posting regarding some health beneficial things out of my knowledge and experience, and also from proven research, along with cooking videos. Having said that, I am not that strict about diet, not following the strict rules, but trying to lead a moderate life. Because everything in balance is good for your health. So here I go, very first health tips regarding spices.
Today I'll talk about our very own CINNAMON, which could be found in every kitchen easily! But do we know there is a variation of CINNAMON in the market? Yes, that's called CASSIA!
Tips: There are not many ways to identify CASSIA and CINNAMON easily, but a quick tip is- "Cinnamon sticks are thinner, lighter in color, and more fragile, while cassia sticks are thicker, darker, and more robust"
Now we often use CINNAMON sticks in our teas, in cooking, and for weight loss purposes. But if you are not using CINNAMON then you are missing the essence of it and might not get the result as you desire. Moreover, CASSIA has bad consequences on our body if not used in moderation and for a long time!
Therefore, Be Careful While Buying Cinnamon And Have The Best Benefits Out of It! 😀
