Intricately woven from dried willow over 60 years ago, our Chinese Willow baskets were originally used for collecting grain and taking goods to and from markets. We love that each is slightly different in colour, tone and texture; some even have names painted in ink on the handles.

Our vintage handcrafted candlestands have been made from old wheels, sourced from rural India. Each piece of teak that makes up these candlestands is at least 60 years old and was originally carved by hand. Beautiful on their own or with a candle on top, these pieces will bring character and warmth to any interior.

Two years ago, Aarde Collective began as a vision to create something thoughtful, meaningful and enduring.

We are so grateful for the support of our incredible clients, family and friends. The growth of Aarde Collective has had a profound impact on us, both personally and professionally and we feel incredibly fortunate each day.

Over the past two years we have had the privilege of working on meaningful design projects, collaborating with talented artisans and curating beautiful, considered pieces for the home.
