Rigenerante Rissamento (RnR) by is a homage to the life and memory of Robert Tesoriero - my cousins husband.

Crafted with story, the canvas is an enginatic layering of campos coffee granules - his morning brew - and translucent acrylic water washes - his love of the sea and construction . This multiplicity of layers was swept across the surface by his Makita blow vac, then delicately embellished with copper and 24 carot gold leaf inspired by the love of his lifes adoration of sunsets and an earth born golden bronzed palette,

RnR celebrates ones romance of the ocean and the groundung tactility of earth. A turbulent strong, serene body of water that restores and regenerates. On oceans we rise, swim, float, explore, seek food and nourish the body and soul. Oceans connect humanity and are energised by the alignment of our sun and moon that when working together move entire oceans, ebbing and flowing across our planet. Eternal momentum. Eternal energy. Eternal love.

St Pauls Cathderal in London was breathtaking to explore yesterday. Inspired by Fiona Mathies lecture in our Design Centre Enmore, Interior Design contextual studies workshop, Jessica Brennan and I did a deep dive into this home of a spectacular array of art – from the delicate carvings of Grinling Gibbons in the quire to Sir James Thornhill's gilded dome murals. The video below runs for about ten minutes as we gaze across the decorative surfaces that combined have created design inspiration for generations.
